phenomenon that affects their family, children… However, it 
seems sticky to get attached with it.Not only that, you should ask 
yourself if it remains for eternity or you have to stop it in order to 
achieve your goals.

Try to avoid procrastination, which is a form of laziness. If you have something you must do it, why not do it right now and get through with it.

 Think about the advantages you will gain if you overcome laziness and take action, instead of thinking about the difficulties or obstacles. Focusing on the difficulties may stress you and leads to discouragement , avoidance of taking action ends to laziness. This is why you need to focus your attention on the benefits not on difficulties that motivate you to accomplish the tasks.

Have you ever imagined a person who enjoys eating, sleeping the whole time without taking a step for his future, think about not doing an action is it helpful or harmful for your goals.
